Otumfuo Welcomes Yagbonwura to Manhyia and Plans Visit to Gonjaland
The Manhyia Palace was filled with tradition and goodwill on Wednesday when the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, received the Yagbonwura, Bii-Kunuto Jewu Soale I.
Their meeting highlighted the strong relationship, respect and unity between Asanteman and Gonjaland.
As part of the historic engagement, Otumfuo announced that he would also visit Gonjaland in return, a move expected to further strengthen cultural ties and promote unity among Ghana’s traditional kingdoms.
